The power of the edu link and a lady from Parkistan

I've been trying out a test this week, following from a conversation with a young lady in Pakistan, it can only happy online face it!

She has shown me the benefits or at least in her opinion the benefits to be gained from listing on a variety of edu sites, the theory goes that sites like these are seen as reputable because universities have themselves good reputations and attract a lot of links.

Not sure if this really is that important these days but some of the sites I've seen do appear to have really strong DA and PA scores so it may be OK.

Anyway students at these universities have kindly published articles about my site so I'll now wait and see if this has any benefit.

It hasn't cost me anything so I've really not lost anything.

Here are this week's contributions, not all Edu sites but recommended by the same girl

Pitchengine - this is about Thomas cook the now bust UK travel agent, I went on a few of their package holidays so this upsets me to see them mismanaged in the way they have been but it always results in the same tragic end.

Community Today - a great post about us in this popular US news site.

I am adding more posts during this week so hopefully during the next week or so I'll see if a bunch of links like this makes any difference or not.

We are expecting our IOS app to go live this week also so it may be hard to tell which one is causing any difference I would guess that a number of links on the iTunes site would be much stronger but you never know.

Interesting times as they say!
